Coaching Is Not Therapy

I understand that 1:1 coaching with Your Inspired Life Coaching is a personal development and empowerment service and is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.
The coach is not acting as a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or medical professional.

Personal Responsibility & Decision-Making

I understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that all decisions, actions, and outcomes that result from coaching are my sole responsibility.
The coach may offer perspectives, tools, or guidance, but does not direct, control, or make decisions for me, nor do they guarantee any specific results.

No Liability for Client Actions

I agree that Your Inspired Life Coaching and its coach(es) are not liable for any actions I take or do not take, or for any emotional, physical, financial, or other outcomes that result from choices I make during or after the coaching process.

Mental Health & Crisis Support

I understand that if I am experiencing mental health distress, trauma responses, crisis situations, or symptoms requiring clinical care, it is my responsibility to seek support from a licensed mental health or medical professional.
Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

Scope of Coaching

I acknowledge that coaching is future-focused, support-based, and empowerment-driven, and is intended to help me build awareness, clarity, and personal agency — not to process deep psychological trauma in a clinical setting.

Voluntary Participation

I affirm that I am entering into coaching willingly and of my own free will, and that I may discontinue coaching at any time.

Email Communication & Consent

I acknowledge and agree that I will receive program-related emails, updates, resources, and communications from Your Inspired Life Coaching. I understand that essential program-related emails (e.g., access instructions, resources, or session information) are required to deliver the services included in my purchase. I may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but I understand that transactional emails necessary for program access will always be delivered.
