In each dream analysis, we pick out symbols to explore the dreamer's own subconscious. It's not a visit to a fortune teller, who tells you about a future you have no part in creating. In this dream analysis, the dreamer is led through a process that reveals their own insights. Insights that might otherwise remain hidden.

In the symbols we explored in my Muppets dream, the theatre was cozy, light, small. It didn't have many people but was an easygoing, comfortable place. It was nothing fancy, but a place you could feel at home in. This theatre was a symbol. It reminded me I can have an easygoing experience while I'm working towards my goals. Work can be a fun, easygoing, simple experience. You know? Guys are kind of known for this ease in the workplace. Women? We bust our asses to get paid 75 cents to the man's dollar. In my dream, the male friend was easygoing, light-hearted, and practical. He offered a different perspective.

He appeared as a confidante to remind me to go with the flow. He wants me to know that although I often think others are the experts, I actually am. The Muppet Double Feature was silly, funny, and nostalgic. It reminded me of my childhood and what inspired me then to create. All-day on Saturdays I would go out and build a new fort. And this was after starting the day watching the Muppets and other cartoons. Starting the day watching tv didn't make me lazy, it gave me ideas! The Muppets Double Feature reminded me that worthwhile things come out of silliness!

The Muppets, as a symbol, told me to take it easy, have fun, and not be so uptight or caught up in how things are gonna work out. The credits on the left wall were bizarre, wacky - what the heck?!?

Their appearance in my dream reminds me to be authentic. It’s okay to be myself, even when that means being silly or doing something that might seem bizarre. Being wacky, funny, and surprising can be fun. And sometimes reaching your target audience means doing something unexpected and surprising. And you know, this would be more authentic to me!

I am someone who tries hard to be professional in a professional context. But humor can actually be great in a professional context, too. Humor is actually pretty important to who I am and often makes people more relatable.

In my dream, the theatre manager was short, squat, older, and humble. He conveyed a comforting, yet quiet presence. He was there to offer a personal touch and knew this was something I was good at, too.

He was sociable in a quiet way and enjoyed greeting people and making them feel comfortable. Yet, he was kind of shy, like I am. He likes providing a personal touch and making people feel invited and at home. He reminded me to incorporate my own personal touch as I begin to build my business.

The 2 pairs of socks, in red & blue stripes and polka dots, are about comfort. Both in my work and politics. This includes my contribution to the political climate and me doing my part. The socks reveal a more comfortable and inviting world, in politics and otherwise. That I have contributed to!

The theatre in my dream provided guests with their own socks! This felt thoughtful, homey, and inviting- totally hygge! This made going to this theatre an even better experience! The theatre represented my coaching business.

Even the polka-dots and stripes on the socks had meaning! The polka dots were about celebrating, while the striped socks were more every day. Both are important.

There were also a lot of doubles in this dream. The Double-Feature Muppets screening. Me and the friend. The 2 pairs of socks, and the 2-3 sets of 2 movie theatre chairs. The doubles represent the double business I am working on - in copywriting and coaching. This message applies to both!
